Effective August 1, 2016, employers are required to post new Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Polygraph Act (EPPA) postings. The Department of Labor has removed penalty amounts from the posters and has added a section about the rights of nursing mothers to the FLSA poster.
